Are these hats stiff or floppy? We're doing a piece from 'A Chorus Line' where hats will be taken on and off so looking for a stiff hat. Also, it is adult size?

This is felt top hat tends to be more stiff than floppy. Hat comes in adult one size only. Circumference: 57cm approx.
