All EU consignments are now shipped duty free with IDS absorbing all customs duties and fees.
Postage charges quoted are calculated on the net value of orders and may be subject to VAT.
Delivery Information
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 13:00 (UK Time) are despatched on the same day, or the next working day when the order falls on a weekend or UK Bank Holiday.
All orders will incur VAT. You will have no further duty or fees to pay on import. Where possible orders below €150 will utilise our Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) service. Our IOSS service can only be used by customers who are not VAT registered.
Orders over the value of €150, or to VAT registered customers will also be shipped free of customs duty and import fees via our Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service. VAT registered customers should therefore select the DHL Premium/Tracked service at checkout.
Where a return is made on a non IOSS order, VAT refunds will need to be claimed through your local tax office.
For orders greater than €150 we recommend that you apply for an EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) number. An EORI number may help your package pass through customs more smoothly.

Returns
If you return products to us, please mark them as "Goods returned to the UK". Any charges arising from a failure to do this will be deducted from any credit.
Any returns made from orders over the value of €150 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, on the value of returned goods only. This fee will be deducted from the credit during the processing of the return. This is as a contribution to IDS’s non recoverable duties and fees paid on your behalf.

Ballet Barres
Payment is required with the order and delivery may take up to 6 weeks. Carriage will be charged at cost on all barres except mainland UK where normal terms apply. Customers outside the UK should contact customerservices@ids.co.uk for a delivery quote.
